We are working on genome wide association studies (GWAS) and/or QTL mapping in crops plants for identification and validation of novel markers for enhancing the breeding activities using molecular markers in different crops. Our group have good experties in bioinformatics and molecular tools in plant breeding. We are now running many projects on GWAS and diversity assessment in different crops particulary cereals and legumes
