Looking forward to join a project in which my expertise in natural products chemistry could be relevant. As a partner from Ireland I can contribute to this call with around 500,000eu.

I am mainly interested in the extraction, purification and characterisation of different molecules (i.e. polysaccharides, proteins and phenols) with potential applications in food and feed industries from algae and multiple agri-food products and by-products including cereals.

I am particularly interested in the use and optimisation of the extraction of multiple compounds using innovative technologies and bioactivity-purification guided approaches for the isolation of functional molecules with potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions when used as feed additives.

I have strong expertise analysing multiple compounds including heavy metals, fatty acids, phenolic compounds and phlorotannins with proven applications in feed and useful for multiple projects related to circularity.
